Community Nurses in Child Health Centres

Experienced Registered Nurses are able to provide information about all aspects of parenting and family health, including children’s growth and development, family needs, relationships and the prevention of disease and injury. Home visits arranged for 1st visit and as required.

Community Health Nurses have established knowledge of family support services and can facilitate referral as needed. Appointments are required.
